Business Policy

To initiate any project, a 50% advance payment is required after the first meeting and upon client approval to proceed. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared during the contractual period and before the final submission of work or deliverables.
All services, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly defined and mutually agreed upon before project commencement. Once approved, creative deliverables are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.
Buzz Maven reserves the right to decline or discontinue projects that do not align with our professional, ethical, or creative standards.
